Corporate Takeover

Method: This fast paced game of pure strategy simulates the realities of the corporate world because within the corporate structure most workers have specific limiting positions, mobility, and authority. The fun begins when teams try to work together but are forced to reckon with powerful forces beyond their control. Achieving their goals may be very difficult but not impossible if they think outside of the "box".

Objective: Challenging roles, rules, restrictions and relationships while staying within the proper boundaries.

Learning outcomes: Change management, strategic planning, communications and team effort.

Time: 60 to 120 minutes + Debrief
